I love John Mayer, this album is about half as good as Room For Squares. Room For Squares is my favourite album at the moment, I can just put it on when I’m on the computer and listen to it all. Heavier Things didn’t really grab me like that one, but it’s still good.
His stuff is mostly acoustic guitar, there are some gorgeous slow songs on here, but also some upbeaty stuff. The song ‘Daughters’ is the best.
I know it’ll turn into another one of my easy listening cds, for when you’re not in any particular mood and just fancy some music.
